For example, I called my prescription in two days in advance and it still was not filled (and it was not due to administrative reasons, like calling my doctor). Another time, I went to an urgent care center who sent over the script and it took 4 hours to fill. The pharmacy department rarely picks up the phone and I have sat 15 minutes in the drive thru (and was first in line) without acknowlegment. When I rang the bell, I was "welcomed" with an attitude. Seriously. Go somewhere else.
